Project life-cycles include knowledge transfer from Sales, front-end analysis and data gathering of client’s business rules using the Implementation Blueprint. Database configuration included peer reviews and client reviews with formal signoffs. An integrated communications plan included both clients and other HRA departments including payroll, benefits, and tax.

Processes Used    Dovetail methodology guides client projects through the full UltiPro conversion process from Kickoff to Go Live. The Project Blueprint is the front-end analysis tool used to insure complete replication of the client’s business rules. Implementation using a blended solution of SQL queries, Access databases, and directly mapping legacy SQL tables to UltiPro tables. Project management guidelines require a completely integrated communications throughout the project.  Continuous client training using a combination of solutions including: face-to-face sessions, web-meetings, job aids, and Ultimate training classes. A complete sign-off plan requiring the client to verify every step of the way that every business rule from the Blueprint is configured in UltiPro / UKG Pro. We use a series of formal client reviews that lead up to our detailed Turnover Books to Ultimate. Dovetail implements the full range of functionality including Backoffice, Payroll, all areas of employee HR data, the Web Portal for manager and employee self-service, workflows, GL, benefit enrollment, and the business intelligence tools.

Teacher Retirement System of Georgia (TRSGA)

Instructional Designer and Trainer for TRSGA’s new ERP management system created by BearingPoint (KPMG). Designed and developed training manuals, instructor guides, and job aids. The Coca-Cola Company

Lead Instructional Designer for a The Coca-Cola Company New Employee On-Boarding program. Responsible for the definition of detailed requirements for the New Employee On-Boarding program worldwide, including: training strategy, communication plan, and deployment plan. Key objective is to move the new employee orientation program from an instructor-led approach to a multi-delivery approach of self-study and web-based training. Responsibilities included:

Georgia Health Partnership (GHP)

Senior Training Analyst responsible for the development of the GHP Comprehensive Training Plan. The GHP is comprised of ACS, Inc. and the State of Georgia. GHP is tasked with a system implementation that will give patients, doctors, pharmacists, health care providers, and insurance companies a single access point to the four Georgia health care programs: Medicaid, PeachCare for Kids, State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP), and the University System’s Board of Regents.

 

The GHP Comprehensive Training Plan provides a strategic-executable plan for training rollout to Providers, Members, Field Representatives, Operations, and State personnel on all system components. Training courses will cover MultiHealthNet (single-claims processing), Web Portal, Call Centers, Member ID Swipe Cards, HIPAA Compliance, and paper processes. Responsibilities include:

Quick Start, Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education

Developed a Training Needs Assessment to identify universal job skills that are common across all typical Head Quarter Operation’s job-positions. This included identifying department names, their responsibilities, and staffing patterns; job-position names, their responsibilities, and skills; and classifying each job-position into one of five job-family classifications. Then all job-position skills were analyzed to identify where ‘across-the-board’ training modules can be developed.
